REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
On each animal that you are entering into the Mountain State Open Boer Goat Show,
please provide the following information.
1. Division to be entered into.
2. Class number as stated.
3. Registration number of animal.
4. Animal name
5. Date of Birth.
6. Right Ear Tattoo.
7. Left Ear Tattoo.
8. Ear Tag Number/Letter (Optional).
9. Total Head(s) and monies for your entries.
10. Total Pen(s) needed and monies needed for your entries.
11. TOTAL AMOUNT ENCLOSED.
